As i walk around Manila whilst fighting my way through thousands of people going about their daily life's , I take a look up and notice the pure chaos of the overhead power lines.
These dangling power lines seem to go through mostly every street in the metropolis but then goes underground in Makati due to the amount of high rise buildings.
How does one get their head around all this !?!
The electrical risk looks massive

The Sky is laced with voltage
